How DiWa handles the information you add.
DiWa is built around manual financial tracking. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how it is stored, and what happens if you delete your account.
What we collect
DiWa stores the information you manually enter into the app, including accounts, transactions, categories, bills, and related settings. If you join the beta or contact us, we may also store your email address and the message you send.
How we use it
We use that information to provide manual tracking features, keep your data synced, manage beta access, respond to support requests, and improve the app.
Where it is stored
App data and beta signup details are stored in cloud infrastructure powered by Supabase. We do not sell your personal information.
What DiWa does not do
DiWa does not connect to your bank accounts and does not ask for online banking usernames, passwords, or similar financial login credentials.
Account deletion and retention
If you delete your account, we trigger cloud deletion and clear the local app data on your device. Some backup or log data may remain temporarily until it is removed by our systems.
Children
DiWa is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes and contact
